Today was final presentation November 7, 2007

Today is the last presentation of the design analysis class. I was rather worried about this
presentation.Doing a presentation of a 2000 word essay is no easy task. In doing my research and publishing it, I have used very short sentences. Writing the essay was the most difficult thing to do. I actually lost one whole night’s sleep over it…just thinking about it!

Passed the first review. Passed the second review. And here I AM! I  managed to get the journal done on time . So do brow thru the entires…it’s all my hard work -documented! Thank you.

        When I looked that , I hope work becomes infused with design literacy  ,with a sense of awareness of the history and future of their discipline . I want to hand study and show passion in their visual work also feel  passionately about the design . I want to change my it that how to think about writers . then I hard to learn about design history and future  to do future design for graphic . 

                   Design should be have thinking and feel about it   I think more idea is important that  how to do good designer . I am not good designer ,but I want to do good designer ,I am not good student ,but I want to learn more information . I just to do more research looking for more information s ,I want to do good student and finish my course ,take degree  ,I want go to job. To do a good desiger , but  I warry about Myself ,how to do a good designer , this is long time can be know , I need to focus on ideas and concepts  I don’t want just have a tendency produce empty design gestures from endless photoshop layers to fancy fonts and tricky type effects because the concept and content are missing . I with a strong sense of history and an awareness of what’s going on in the world have a much easier time confronting content. We can use visual language to develop a point of view.

This is takling about posters are a special type of presentation. When well designed, they are not simply journal papers pasted onto boards. Nor are they mounted sets of presentation visuals. Rather, posters, when effectively designed, are something in between. This web page discusses the special situation that a scientist or engineer faces when designing a poster and then suggests some guidelines to address that situation.

The purpose of scientific posters is to present work to an audience who is walking through a hallway or exhibit. In poster presentations at conferences, the presenter usually stands next to the poster, thus allowing for passers-by to engage in one-on-one discussions with the presenter. In other situations such as the hallways of laboratories, universities, and corporations, posters are stand-alone presentations for passers-by. For a poster to communicate the work, the poster first has to orient an audience that is not seated, but that is standing. Often the audience has distractions of noise and movement from other people. Given those distractions, a journal article tacked onto a board fails as an effective poster because the audience cannot concentrate for a time long enough to read through the paper. In fact, given the distractions that the audience faces, many in the audience will not even bother trying to read a journal article tacked onto a board.

My client is one of the biggest chains of supermarkets, and has been voted Britain’s favourite retailer

Britain’s favourite Retailer, one of the biggest chains of supermarkets in England is looking for a Store Designer to join them on a contract basis.

The position will be based in their head office in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Reporting directly to the managing store designer you will be project managing the design elements and supporting the launch of the new concept stores.

You will be expected to work cross functionally and directly with the design and merchandising team and other key stakeholders to achieve the intended designs on new store launches.

The successful candidates will have a BA(Hons) Degree in 3D Design/ Interior Design/ Architecture or similar.

You will have proven experience in Retail Design, and be computer literate with AutoCAD skills.

A competitive rate of pay is on offer to the right candidate.

You will be working on a contract basis for a 6 month period.
